poor drainage ineffective air conditioning
My visit had a couple of downsides. The bathroom drainage was quite poor. This caused a noticeable leak. The air conditioning wasn't very effective. It didn't seem as powerful as in other rooms and lacked a constant mode, inconvenient.

Really good Stay
modern room clean room spacious shower
The room was modern and very clean. The spacious shower was notable. I appreciated the friendly staff throughout my stay.
The parking location was a bit distant and seemed insecure. It would be more convenient if parking was closer or more secure.

mood lighting comfortable bed
The interior design displayed amazing quality.. i noticed fantastic mood lighting throughout with an art deco vibe. beds were super-comfortable. It reminded me of floating on a cloud, and the room was very well appointed indeed.
I could hear noise from the outdoor street and corridors for most of the night. The rooms aren't very soundproof.

Really good Stay
spacious bathroom cute staff quiet location
The king room was well-designed and had everything I needed. The bathroom was spacious with a separate shower and bath. I found the staff very cute and the location quiet, also within walking distance of many places.
The air conditioning lacked a constant mode. It switched off. This made me get out of bed to turn it back on. I had to do this several times during the night.

Really good City Stay
luxurious decor nice dinner complimentary coffee
I found the decor atmospheric and luxurious. Dinner in the bar was very nice. The gentleman at the bar offered us coffee at 10 pm after the coffee machine had already been switched off.
I assumed breakfast was included in our stay but it wasn't. The price seemed steep for what was offered. I'm not sure I would pay for it in the future.

superb stay!
high standard lovely bar area comfortable bedding
the hotel decor was really high standard both around the hotel and in the rooms. the bar area was lovely, and drinks were really good. i found the staff very accommodating. the room was mostly well designed with a nice bathroom, and the bedding was very comfortable.
the mattresses in the rooms are not comfortable.

my room included a king size bed with crisp linens. the bathroom provided quality toiletries and fluffy towels. there was also a well stocked mini bar available for refreshments, with reasonable prices, which i liked.
